Self Reflection
CMYK screenprint, hand drawn element
8” x 26”
DESCRIPTION
Self Reflection explores personal identity through drawing and multi-
layer screenprint, referencing clothing and a literal reflection of the self. The
CMYK print reveals a figure posing for a mirror photo. Around the mirror
are basic drawings of what one might find on a bedroom wall. Between
what the figure views in the mirror and the simplistic, grayscale functions of
the world, self-expression and interior reflections are the most vibrant and
real parts of our day-to-day lives.
